The Referral Program

Introduce a school. Introduce a family.

FISLI reaches schools, masjid programs and homes through people they already trust. If you know where the curriculum belongs, make the introduction. The Press handles everything after it, and pays a commission on what follows.

Two ways to refer

Families through a link. Institutions through you.

Families and educators

A share of every shelf purchase

25% of each paid title bought through your link

You receive a personal link to the Press Shelf. When a parent or teacher buys through it, your share is recorded and paid automatically through Gumroad. The Educator Toolkit Bundle ($149) pays you $37.25; the Sīrah Year at Home ($197) pays $49.25.

  • Tracked and paid by Gumroad; you need a free Gumroad account
  • Applies to every paid title on the shelf
  • Free titles carry no commission

Schools and masjid programs

A share of the first year’s license

15% of the institution’s first year license fee

If you know someone who decides curriculum at an Islamic school, weekend school or masjid program, submit the introduction below. The Press contacts them, presents the curriculum and handles the license. Annual licenses begin at $2,500, so a single school pays you at least $375.

  • Paid within 30 days of the institution’s first payment
  • Credited to the first person who submits that institution
  • No selling needed: one introduction is the whole task

The description to forward

Describe the curriculum in these words.

Please forward this paragraph as written. A school hears about a curriculum once, and an accurate first description matters more than a persuasive one.

The Foundations Press publishes FISLI, a classical Islamic studies curriculum for grades 6 to 12. Its sequence begins with the Prophetic Sīrah and builds through ʿAqīdah, ʿUlūm al-Qurʾān and Ḥadīth to Manṭiq, the science of correct reasoning. Every unit names its classical sources with verified dates and passes a four gate review of voice, sources, theology and layout before it is released. Schools and masjid programs license it annually; families and teachers can begin with the Educator Toolkit. thefoundationspress.com

Referral terms

What we ask of referrers.

  1. Describe the curriculum with the paragraph on this page. Do not promise prices, discounts, dates or features it does not state.
  2. Submit an institution here before contacting it. Commission is credited only for institutions the Press confirms as yours.
  3. Share personally: with people you know, in groups you belong to. No paid advertising in the Press’s name and no unsolicited bulk messages.
  4. Your own purchases and license fees do not earn commission.
  5. License commission is 15% of the first year’s fee only, paid within 30 days of the institution’s first payment. Renewals do not earn commission.
  6. Shelf commission is paid through Gumroad on Gumroad’s schedule. Refunded purchases are reversed.
  7. The Press may update these terms with 30 days’ notice to approved referrers, and may close a referral account that breaks them.
